but we truly believe it doesn’t have to be that way. Our goal is to make moving as stress-free as possible for you.
Commonly Asked Questions
Q: How far in advance should I schedule my move?
A: The earlier the better! 2-4 weeks is what we usually prefer, but if you plan on moving during our peak times which is summer, end of the month or a weekend, please call us 4-6 weeks before your planned date.
Q: Do I need an estimate?
A: We usually can give you a pretty accurate quote over the phone based on the information and inventory you provide. We do suggest an on-site estimate if you have a larger home (4+ bedrooms), commercial move (office space) or any unusual items (pool table, piano, hot tubs ect.) Estimates are non-biding and free of charge.
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: We accept all major credit cards, cash or cashier’s check/money order. No personal checks unless previously agreed on.
